Pakistan Testing Services PTS will conduct WAPDA’s recruitment. PTS website can be accessed at www.pts.org.pk by interested professionals. Selections will be made throughout Pakistan, however. WAPDA is currently hiring a Jr Engineer Civil, a Jr Geologist, a Jr Seismologist and Geophysicist, a Jr Engineer Agriculture, an Assistant Director Environment, a Research Officer, an Assistant Director – Ecology, and an Assistant Research Officer.
This recruitment is open to both genders. In its Career Advertisements, WAPDA briefly describes quotas applicable to FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Sindh, and Punjab. Several job opportunities are available on a regular basis. These positions require candidates to hold a B.E., BSc, MSc, DAE, Matriculation, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field with strong previous experience.
Before visiting the PTS website to apply, professionals should read the entire advertisement. Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Engineering Council must recognize all educational degrees. WAPDA ad is available from both PTS and WAPDA. A written test will be administered by the PTS, and an interview will be conducted by the WAPDA. The first year of employment will be probationary.

A general age relaxation already exists in the age limit. Further age relaxations are not granted to the scheduled castes, the Buddhist community, tribes recognized in tribal areas, GB, and AJK. Persons applying for disability quotas are eligible for a ten-year age relaxation. The age relaxation is based on their last application date.
WAPDA Introduction:
The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority is responsible for maintaining Pakistan’s water and power infrastructure. Parliament incorporated the authority in 1958. In addition to managing and operating the sector’s demands and needs, WAPDA owns several of Pakistan’s biggest dams. In addition to building five new multidimensional dams, the government plans to increase the supply of electricity.
WAPDA’s mission is to provide affordable, clean and neat energy to Pakistan’s citizens in order to reduce electricity rates. Their network is self-governing throughout Pakistan.
